UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 82 290.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 55203 Cape Town, for the unauthorised building work relating to unit 10 as shown on the plan drawn by Charlotte Chamberlain & Nicola Irving Architects with the drawing number 1504/02/04 Revision 3 dated 2016-01-01.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
