UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty to the amount of R 3 444.70 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 132791 Cape Town at Retreat with regard to the carport on the property.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
