UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 10 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erven 64095, 64112 and 64120 and Remainder Erf 64119 Cape Town at Kenilworth with regard to the unauthorised building work and land use relating to the Early Childhood Development Centre and primary school.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
