RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for a consent use to permit a Place of Instruction on Erf 435, Brackenfell, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE BY-LAW
DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
Condition 2.1 to be amended as follows:
2.1 The use herby permitted shall only operate between 6:30 to 18:00, Monday to Fridays and shall not be open Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays
