UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a) The removal of restrictive conditions B(3)(a); B(3)(b); B(3)(c); B(3)(d) and C(7) registered in title deed T38353/2014 and applicable to erf 18322, Cape Town (Tijgerhof), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law (2015);
b) The rezoning of erf 18322, Cape Town (Tijgerhof), from Single Residential Zoning: Conventional Housing (SR1) to Local Business Zoning 1: Intermediate Business (LB1), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law (2015), subject the conditions enumerated in the attached Annexure A; and
c) The regulation departure from item 22(d) to permit the encroachment of the 3,5m street building line to 0m on Martell Road to accommodate a garage/store on erf 18322, Cape Town (Tijgerhof), as per Annexure C1, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law (2015), subject to the conditions enumerated in the attached Annexure A.

Rephrase 2.2: ‘Access for the residential use shall be taken off Martell Road; whilst the proposed offices are to be accessed from Koeberg Road’
Amend Plan C1: planner to insert a note that the landscaping on the plan is to be omitted
