UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a) The regulation departure from the 5m street building line to 0m for shade port 1 and 2 on erf 9331, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with plan no ref van Zyl 16-02 Revision 2.1 dated 04/07/2016, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b) The regulation departure from the 3m common building line to 1,496m and 2,36m for the second dwelling on erf 9331, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with plan no ref van Zyl 16-02 Revision 2.1 dated 04/07/2016, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A .
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s
Report and agreed to add a reason as follows:
There is no further impact because the building already exists
CONITION OF APPROVAL (Annexure A)
Delete conditions 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 and adjust remaining numbering
accordingly.
