UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for the amendment of a condition of approval in respect of density as noted on plan no 2001 531 LP-01-06 Rev G, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s
Report
AMEND APPROVAL AND CONDITIONS (Annexure A)
Replace text in 1.1 with the following:
‘Amendment of a condition of approval in respect of density as noted on plan no 2001 531 LP-01-06 Rev G’.
Rephrase 2.1 as follows:
‘That all conditions of the approval dated 7 December 2007 not affected by this amendment be adhered to and be complied with in full’
Replace 2.3 as follows and renumber remaining conditions thereafter accordingly:
‘That development densities on the subject erven (5426, 5428 and 5429) not exceed the following: 125 dwelling units per hectare’
Rephrase 2.7 as follows:
‘DC will be payable prior to building plan approval’
Merge 2.5 and 2.6 into one paragraph and amend numbering sequence. Insert text as follows: ‘…DC calculation is R 1 271 286.33 for the additional units….’
Delete condition 2.8.
Correct the numbering sequence of ‘General Notes’
