UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 429.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in respect of erf 731 Weslfeur, for the unauthorised structure (garage) as per plan with reference SR 731wesfleur/abisaacs/19-08/2016 attached as Annexure B, and be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
1. The applicant has shown good faith by cooperating when requested to submit the necessary applications
2. The contravention is of a relatively minor scale and impact
