UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 11 320.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law (2015) in respect of erf 4202, Milnerton for the unauthorised use for offices, and such penalty be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s
Report and agreed to amend reason 2 as follows:
The use in this residential context is considered relatively serious insofar its impact on the residential character is concerned
Correction to executive summary: under ‘Current land use’ delete the word ‘shops’
