UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 915.00 for the unauthorized building work BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 24997, Milnerton in accordance with plan no 15-395, attached as Annexure B1 for the aforementioned contraventions, and such penalty be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law (2015).
