An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of 21124, Wemyss Street, Cape Town.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s
Report and agreed to add the following reasons:
1. The unauthorised use is of a small scale
2. It has little impact on surrounding buildings
