UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 319.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 19934, Cape Town.
REASON FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s
Report and agreed to add the following reasons:
1. The transgression is of a small scale
2. The gravity is not serious in nature
3. As far as can be ascertained, the owner of the property has not previously
contravened this By-Law or any previous planning law.
