UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for removal of title deed restriction, regulation departures and City’s approval as listed in Annexure A in respect of Erf 1838 Oranjezicht BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the plan in Annexure D.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s
Report
Spelling and grammatical errors in the Planner’s Report were pointed out and
corrected.
