UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for deletion of restrictive title deed conditions, subdivision and departures as set out in Annexure A in respect of Erf 93, Tamboerskloof BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A and in accordance with the plan in Annexure C and D.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s
Report
Amend 5.1.1 e: ‘Although the existing dwelling is older than 60 years, neither
the proposed carport nor development of the vacant portion will adversely
affect this dwelling.’
Spelling and grammatical errors were pointed out and must be corrected in the planner’s report.
