UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a) The application for departures as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 9727 Waterkant Street, De Waterkant BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the plan in Annexure C2.
b) The application for City approval to permit building work on Erf 9727, Waterkant Street, De Waterkant within a Heritage Protection Overlay Zone, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c) The application for Council’s Consent in terms of the title deed to permit alterations and additions to the dwelling house on Erf Erf 9727 Waterkant Street, De Waterkant BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the plan in Annexure C2.
