UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a) The application for amendment of a restrictive title deed condition, as set out in Annexure A for Erf 1706 Camps Bay, BE APPROVED in in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b) The application for amendment of a land use condition, as set out in Annexure A for Erf 1706 Camps Bay, BE APPROVED in in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c) The application for departures, as set out on Annexure A, for Erf 1706 Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the plan in Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s
Report and made the following amendment to 7.1.3:
The proposal complies with the criteria set out in Section 39(5) of the Land Use Planning Act, 2014 as well as the reasons set out in paragraph 6.15 of the planner’s report.
