UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a) The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 1203 Tamboerskloof, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City Of Cape Town Planning By – Law, 2015 in accordance with the plan in Annexure C1.
b) The application for City approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 1203 Tamboerskloof, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City Of Cape Town Planning By – Law, 2015 in accordance with the plan in Annexure C1.
Amendments:
Amend 6.2.4 e: ‘The additions do not compromise the existing heritage resources.
Amended wording of the approval set out in Annexure A:
1.1.1 delete the word ‘than’ in the phrase ‘in lieu of than 4m…’
1.1.2 add the word ‘permit’ in the phrase ‘To ___ the proposed first storey…’
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s
Report.
