That a 5% administrative penalty in the amount of R2702 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for an unlawful covered patio, internal staircase and entrance lobby in respect of Erf 7345, Gordon’s Bay in accordance with Plan No 2016-70-1 dated November 2016.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
