That an administrative penalty for the unauthorised land use (liquor shop) in the amount of R4940.62 (20%) in terms of Section 129 and 42(q) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 1353, 3 St James Park Road, Philippi, Weltevreden Valley BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
