An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 862.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 3494 Simon’s Town, for the unauthorised building work as per the plan drawn by Fineline dated 2015-08-05, with drawing number LEI-01-2015.
