An administrative penalty in the amount of R 5 031.82 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 64985 Cape Town at Kenilworth, as reflected on the plan drawn by Abraham Cunis Architect with drawing number 201612211900 dated 2016-12-21.
