An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 97656 Cape Town at Newlands, in relation to the unauthorised carport shown on the plan with project number 0000 and drawing number 20_202 revision 1, drawn by Loock Architecture dated 2016-05-18.
