An administrative penalty of R 16 885.10, in terms of Section 129 of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, for Erf 176974 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in relation to the unauthorised building work shown on the plans with Drawing Numbers MP13060/6, MP13060/7 and MP13060/8 all dated 2016-09-27.
