An administrative penalty in the amount of R 76 015,76 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 9795 Constantia, in relation to the building work and land use relating to the bike park and associated shop.
