UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED

a. That the application for parking departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 15955 Bellville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. That the application for site development plan approval to permit the construction of 10 dwelling units and a shop extension on Erf 15955 Bellville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT approved the application for all reasons set out in the planners report and added reasons 7.1.7 and 7.1.8 which reads as follows:

7.1.7 Will improve Surveillance on old Paarl Road.
7.1.8 The upgrading of a mixed used node.
