UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
a. That the application for Council’s consent in respect of Erf 3531, Bellville, to permit a Place of Instruction (learning centre) as per the Site Development Plan, Plan No 16048-01 dated 19 August 2016, attached as Annexure C, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to conditions of approval attached as Annexure A.
b. That the application for a permanent departure in respect of Erf 3531, Bellville, to permit 7 off-street parking bays in lieu of 13 bays as per the Site Development Plan, Plan No 16048-01 dated 19 August 2016, attached as Annexure C, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to conditions of approval attached as Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
