RESOLVED:
That the application for Consent Use to permit a day care for 34 children on Erf 21150, Brackenfell BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan no 21150_REV 1 dated 0-DEC-2016 attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
