That the application for permanent departures in respect of Erf 23098, Parow to allow for the relaxation of the common boundary building line from 3.0m to 0.0m in accordance with the site plan attached as Annexure C, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT approved the application for all reasons set out in the planners report and added reason 7.1.8 which reads as follows:
7.1.8 The property falls in a PT2 zone and therefore no additional parking is required.
