That the application for consent use in order to allow the construction of a free standing communications base station on erf 1554, Kuilsrivier, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
1. The proximity of the proposed call mast to the house on erf 1653.
2. There are more appropriate locations on the site, such as the north eastern corner of erf 1562.
