That the application for an administrative penalty of 10% of the value for the unauthorized land use (R3927.27), from Erf 30550, Kraaifontein, BE APPROVED In terms of section 98(b) with reference to section 129(7) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with Plan No 30550_TAVERN dated NOV/16, attached as Annexure B.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
