That an administrative penalty in the amount of 1% of the value of the unauthorized land use (R4906.00) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 7200, Durbanville in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure B.
