That the application for the determination of an administrative penalty in respect of Erf 6502, Kuilsrivier(C) BE APPROVED to the amount of 7,5% (R 2984.00) of the value of the area utilised as a house shop in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
