That the application for the determination of an administrative penalty in respect of Erf 8021, Kuilsrivier BE APPROVED to the amount of 7.5% (R2 002.00) of the value of the area utilized as a house shop in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
