The application for a temporary land use departure, in terms of Section 42(c) of the City of Cape Town, Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in order to permit a liquor shop from a portion of Erf 35431, 16 Congo Road, Happy Valley, Blue Downs, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town, Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions as set out in the attached Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
