That a 5% administrative penalty in the amount of R1 324.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful building work in respect of Erf 4649, 11 Marina Crescent, Somerset West in accordance with Plan No 4649/12/2016 dated 04 December 2016.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
