That a 0% administrative penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful building work in respect of Erf 3466, 41 Comely Crescent, Macassar.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
1. It is evident that the current owner is not responsible for the unlawful construction of the carport.
2. There are no records that indicate that the current owner has ever contravened the Municipal Planning By-law or any other planning statute.
