UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 41 720,00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 28511 Cape Town at Mowbray as reflected on the plan drawn by Gene Kelly with drawing number 2867 dated 2016-09-02.
