UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:

a. An administrative penalty in the amount of R 0.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 46216 Cape Town for the enclosed staircase of 8.9 m².

b. An administrative penalty in the amount of R 13 917.35 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 46216 Cape Town for the portions of the dwelling house and the domestic staff quarters being used as a boarding house which encroaches the northern and eastern building lines and for the related parking contravention.
