Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:

a. That the application for the rezoning of Erf 4794, Brackenfell to Single Residential Zone 1 to General Residential Subzone 1 (Group Housing), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. That the application for deletion of restrictive conditions of title, namely Conditions C.3., C.6.(a), C.6.(b) and C.6.(d) contained in Title Deed T43289/90, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE BYLAW

DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT

Condition 1.3 and 1.5 to be amended to read as Follows:

1.3 The owner shall pay a development contribution towards the provision of municipal services. The amount shall be calculated in accordance with the approved Site Development Plan (SDP)

1.5 A Site Development Plan to be submitted in terms of item 123 of the Development Management Scheme for the approval by the Director: Development Management.

REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
