UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
That the application for Section 42 (i) – Consent Use in respect of Erf 3044, Epping Garden Village, BE APPROVED in terms of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 to permit the operation of a house shop from a portion of the property in accordance with the unnumbered site plan, dated 15 – 08 – 2015, attached as Annexure H, subject to conditions attached as Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
