That an administrative penalty in the amount of R2 500.00 (10%) be imposed for the unauthorised land use and R33 (1%) for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 2074, 37 Khakakhaka Street, Philippi.
