RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
a. That the application for the removal of conditions C(a) registered in Title Deed T33723/2016 in order to enable the owner to in future, should the need arise, conduct a home occupation from Erf 1946, Somerset West, BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for the removal of conditions C(b), C(c) & C(d) registered in Title Deed T33723/2016 in order to permit the proposed additions to the existing dwelling in accordance with drawing number MS1-1 dated 3/08/2016 on Erf 1946, Somerset West, BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
