RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
a. That the application for the removal of conditions C(b), C(c) & C(d) registered in Title Deed T47533/2014 in order to permit the proposed development on Erf 1956, Somerset West in accordance with drawing number Erf 1956 SW, BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for permanent departures as set out in Annexure A concerning Erf 1956, Somerset West, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with Plan No Erf 1956 SW dated 1/03/2017, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
