a. That the application for the removal of the restrictive title deed conditions, clauses C14 (a-d) of the Title Deed No T68725/90 in respect of Erf 1477, Somerset West, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b)(i) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law,2015
b. That the application for the departure to permit a relaxation of the 6m street boundary building line (Paul Kruger Street) to 5,2m as indicated on Plan 1477/12/2015 dated December 2015 in respect of Erf 1477 Somerset West BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (i) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law
