That the application for a consent use in order to permit the operation of a house shop from the portion of the property on erf 9556, Rocklands, Mitchells Plain, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions as set out in the attached Annexure A.
