RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for a consent use in order to permit the operation of a house shop (take away) from a portion of erf 18753, Mitchell’s Plain, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions as set out in the attached Annexure A.
CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE CITY OF CAPE TOWN MUNICIPAL PLANNING BYLAW, 2015
TRANSPORT& URBAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
That the year in Condition 2.1 and 2.2 be amended from 2017 to 2016
Condition 2.4 is amended as follows:
2.4 That the house shop hereby permitted shall only operate or deliveries be received between the hours of 07:00 to 20:00 from Mondays to Saturdays and 08:00 to 13:00 on public holidays and Sundays.
New Condition 2.11 is added.
2.11 No meals that are sold may be consumed on site.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
