RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That an administrative penalty in the amount of R3808 be imposed in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for an unlawful covered patio, carport, covered braai patio and door closer than 1,5m to the common boundary in respect of Erf 915, Gordon’s Bay in accordance with Plan No 038/915/2016 dated July 2016.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
