That it BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, to impose a 0% administrative penalty (0% of the municipal valuation of the area that could possibly be regarded as being used unlawfully for tourist accommodation and tourist facility purposes on Farm 1354, Sir Lowry’s Pass).
REASONS FOR DECISION:
1. The positive conduct of the owner in assisting the Municipality in resolving long outstanding land use issues on this property.
