That a combined administrative penalty of 1% in the amount of R7 455 (rounded off) be imposed in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful building work/use in respect of Erf 8719, Somerset West in accordance with Drawing Number 0461-kliphuis-pt1028-20141028 dated 10/08/2016.
