That a 5% administrative penalty to the amount of R598.00 (rounded off) be imposed in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful building work in respect of Erf 9348, 138 Altena Road, Strand in accordance with Plan No 2589 dated October 2016
REASONS FOR DECISION:
1. The owner admitted to building the unlawful carport.
2. As far as can be ascertained, this is her first offence and has never contravened this By Law or any another planning statutes before.
